Mr. Alperstein has over 25 years dedicated to the representation of technology
companies, focused on data centers, telecommunications and Software as a
Service.
He has, both while in private practice and in-house, served as General Counsel
to multiple technology companies throughout their lifecycles. He is a seasoned
transactional attorney who provides a strategic and pragmatic vision to the company.
Brian graduated from the University of Virginia and the College of William
and Mary School of Law.
